Matters needing attention in production of spray drier
Every time you replace the spray material, be sure to thoroughly clean the pipeline, cyclone separator, atomizer, collector, and drying before you can change the material, to ensure that the material does not smell.
The product has high water content because the exhaust temperature is too low and the feed rate is too fast. It is necessary to reduce the feed quantity properly so as to improve the exhaust temperature.
In the oil free air compressor (output more than 0.6m3/min, can not run for a long time) on the outlet pipe to install a three air pressure, or other directly connected to a compressed air pipe, installed on the gun head for blow off inside cavity on the inner wall of an atomizer, and the bottom recovery pipeline material, check the dead angle. No oil or air compressor shall be used, so as not to leak oil into the sprayer and pollute the instruments and drying materials.
The top is filled with powder, because the hot air distributor is not adjusted properly, and the position and angle of the straight air deflector can be adjusted.
When pulling out the air outlet of the air compressor, press the blue shim on the joint to loosen the clip, then pull out the pipe and insert it directly when it is installed. The clip will automatically retract and hold tightly.
On the operation surface, the peristaltic pump displays the 50HZ frequency on the right side of the button. Do not move it. It is not a peristaltic pump, but other types of pumps.
The rear end of the feeding pipe of the peristaltic pump is a food grade non-toxic plastic, and the front end is made of silica gel material, and an empty pressure pipe or other poisonous plastic pipe can not be used instead of the feeding pipe.
More than 1.5% of the sugar content of the material is not suitable for spraying (sugar in the cavity wall melt, not dry), starch, milk powder, maltodextrin is better, spray, MSG content is also good spray.
The drying chamber wall adhesion phenomenon may be due to wet powder, spray feeding quantity adjustment is too large, not fully evaporation, spray drying chamber before the insufficient heating, liquid supply is not stable, can be appropriate to reduce the feed quantity, improve the inlet temperature and ensure the material has good fluidity, remove the bubbles in the liquid.
